My other issue is that I will be returning alone with my daughter (my husband is staying in France for another few days for work but my daughter is beginning nursery school the week after and I couldn't wait for him to come back), which means that I have to take a small suitcase or I won't be able to board!
So I have decided to go with a neutral color scheme for Paris (black, champagne and khaki) with pieces that I can easily mix and match.
Here are few outfits that I was trying earlier this morning around the ATL rose tee.
Outfit #1: ATL rose tee, BR cotton-cashmere cardigan, Jcrew summerweight cocktail capris in honey brown (bought with the last 20% promo for $15.99!):

I want to spend a few words about the BR cardi, because it's currently in the stores and is a great buy. I bought it during the last F&F promo for around $48 (it retails for $69.50) and it's of a more substantial weight than the Jackie (the blend contain cashmere) but as the Jackie has spandex in it to keep it in shape.
I initially bought it in white, because of the contrasting buttons:

but I thought that I would get more wear out of it in black (I don't have a cotton black cardi and I have been looking for one for ages), so I have exchanged it for the same price over the weekend. The buttons are the same and they have a nice shine (in this pic from the fitting room they show better):

Outfit #2: ATL rose tee, Jackie cardigan in champagne and Summerweight cocktail capris in dark charcoal. I bought this pair before the latest price reduction (I paid $29.99 which is still a great price for them) and I was happy to see that I bought them at the right moment because they were sold-out in my size by the time that the price hap dropped to $19.99.

I'm also bringing the rolling-ruffle tank in natural and the doggie tee to wear with the capris.
It also looks like I finally found a Jackie cardigan in a color that I see myself wearing and I need enough to keep (I had ordered three already this season and ended up returning them). So join me to celebrate my first Jackie ever, in this champagne color perfect with many of the Jcrew embellished or graphic tees!
Outfit #3: ATL rose tee, Jackie champagne cardi, Monteray linen skirt in khaki. You know that this is my to go skirt of the summer and I am happy to announce that on Saturday morning, almost under my husband' eyes, I have snagged the blue striped one on sale on the website (after it flew away from my cart during the 20% off promo) and even if I haven't bought it for the trip it's possible that it will be here before I leave tomorrow afternoon and I can throw it in the suitcase at the last minute.

The other items in my order are the Silk brulee tank in dark charcoal (Gigi this one is totally your fault, I HAD to order this after seeing your post and clicking on the link) that I'm pretty curious about size-wise because this was available in XXS and it's the first time that I like something that comes in this size (I'm crossing fingers that my package will arrive before I leave because I would really love to take this top to Paris, I have almost upgraded to overnight shipping but I'm glad that I didn't because it has already shipped). The third item (to get the free shipping) is the new perfect pencil skirt in dusty rose (I don't think that I'm going to keep it unless I really fall in love with it but I have ordered it to check out the fit of a 2P as compared to a 0 that I can try in store, so that when/if it goes on sale I will know what size fits me better).
I gotta go now. This is going to be my last post before I leave, and when I'm back it really will be Fall. Happy end of the summer to all!
Have a fabulous time! I'm looking forward to your photos when you get back! :) Enjoy!!!
